The
GST Officers ride the business premises
and check the sign boards, bill formats and
displays a board indicated as he is normal or composite system or not.
Failing such indications the raise a demand notice instantly for
rs.20000/-(Both SGST+CGST) as penalty.
Main thing in the operation is as
‘first they send an unknown person to purchase any product on the unit worth
rs.1000/-or nearly .after then he observe that the dealer raise invoice or not.
If invoice raised with correct format and clearly shows tax and other details
or not .after completing the procedure the person give a signal to the officers
who was in hiding at nearest place and observe him. They come and enquire the
dealer and take a statement and give a penalty demand with the time limit of 7
days to pay or go to appeals
They government called
