పూర్వం రోజుల్లో గ్రహాల అనుకూలం కోసం ఏడు రోజుల్లో ఏడు రకాల నగలు ధరించే వారు. వాటినే ఏడు వారాల నగలు అనేవారు. ఈ పదం ఇప్పటికీ అక్కడక్కడా వినిపిస్తూనే ఉంటుంది. అసలు ఏడు వారాల నగలంటే ఏంటి అనే అంశంపై  నిపుణులను అడిగితే...

పూర్వం రోజుల్లో స్త్రీలు వారం రోజులూ ఒక్కో రోజు ఒక్కో గ్రహం అనుగ్రహంకోసం, ఆరోగ్యం కోసం బంగారు ఆభరణాలు ధరించేవారని, వాటినేఏడువారాల నగలు అనే వారని అంటున్నారు. వీటిని ధరించడం వల్ల సంపూర్ణ ఆయురారోగ్యాలు, అష్టైశ్వర్యాలు సిద్ధిస్తాయని స్త్రీల ప్రగాఢ విశ్వాసం. అలాంటి ఏడు వారాల నగలు అంటే ఏమిటో తెలుసుకోవాలనే ఆసక్తి ఇప్పటికీ చాల మంది మహిళల్లో ఉందంటున్నారు.

సోమవారం రోజున చంద్రుని అనుగ్రహం కోసం ముత్యాల హారాలు, ముత్యాలు పొదిగిన బంగారు గాజులను,
మంగళవారం రోజున కుజుని అనుగ్రహం కోసం పగడాల దండలు, పగడాల ఉంగరాలను ధరిస్తారు.

బుధవారం రోజున బుద్ధుని అనుగ్రహం కోసం పచ్చల పతకాలు, గాజులు ధరిస్తారు. 
గురువారం రోజు బృహస్పతి అనుగ్రహం కోసం పుష్యరాగం, కమ్మలు, ఉంగరాలను, 
శుక్రవారం శుక్రుని అనుగ్రహం కోసం వజ్రాల హారాలు, వజ్రపు ముక్కుపుడక, 
శనివారం రోజున శని గ్రహం అనుగ్రహం కోసం నీలమణి హారాన్ని ధరిస్తారని చెపుతున్నారు.

పూజకు తర్వాత దేవుడికి పెట్టే నైవేద్యం ప్రత్యేకత ఏమిటి!?




నైవేద్యమును "నివేదనమ్" అంటారు. మన మనస్సులోని విషయాన్ని సుఖదుఃఖాలను ఏవైనా వానిని గురించి సందేహాలుంటే, వాటిని స్వామికి నివేదించుకోవడమే నివేదనం. అన్నం, కూర, పప్పు, పచ్చడి, రకరకాల పిండి వంటలూ ఎంతో కష్టపడి చేసిన ఆహార పదార్థాలన్నింటినీ దేవునికి సమర్పించడాన్ని కూడా నివేదనం అంటారు.

నివేదన కోసం రోజంతా కష్టపడి, భక్తి విషయానికి వచ్చేటప్పటికీ ఓర్పు నశించి, మందగిస్తారు కొందరు. అలా మందగించడం ఎలాంటిదంటే చెట్టు మొదలు నరికి, నీళ్ళు పోయడం వంటిది అవుతుంది. "భగవాన్నోదక ప్రియః" అంటే దేవుడికి తిండి అంటే ఇష్టం కాదు అని అర్థం. అయితే నివేదనము అన్న మాటకు ఆత్మలోని విషయాన్ని నివేదించుకోవడమేనా అనే భావం కలుగుతుంది. అలా అయినప్పుడు దేవాలయంలో ఎప్పుడూ నివేదనలు ఎందుకు ఇస్తారు అనిపిస్తుంది.

ఈ నివేదనం సాకుతో ఏవో చేయడం కాదు. అసలు నివేదన రహస్యాన్ని అందరూ తెలుసుకోవాలన్న అర్థమే తప్ప దేవుడు తినాలనిగానీ, దేవుడు తింటాడనీ కానీ అర్థం కాదు. నివేదనం చేసాక దానినే "ప్రసాదం" అంటూ అందరికీ పంచి పెడతాము. ప్రసాదం అనే మాటకు అనుగ్రహం అని అర్థం.

దేవుడికి పెట్టిన ఆహారం అని కాదు "దేవా! నీ నివేదానికి సమర్పించినది, ఈ విధంగా మాకు ప్రసాదంగా లభించింది." అని పూజారి మనకా ప్రసాదాన్ని అందిస్తాడు. అంటే దేవుడికి నివేదిస్తే ప్రసాద సిద్ధి, అనుగ్రహ సిద్ధి ఉంటుందని పండితులు అంటున్నారు.

Meaning of Dealer Under Central Sales Tax Act 

 As per Central sales tax Act, 1956 Dealer means any person who, carries on [whether regularly or otherwise] the business of buying, selling, supplying or distributing goods, directly or indirectly, for cash, or for deferred payment, or for commission, remuneration or other valuable consideration, and includes –

A local authority, a body corporate, a company, any cooperative society or other society, club, firm, Hindu undivided family or other association of persons which carries on such business.
A factor, broker, commission agent, del credere agent, or any other mercantile agent, by whatever name called, and whether of the same description as herein before mentioned or not, who carries on the business of buying, selling, supplying or distributing goods belonging to any principal whether disclosed or not.
An auctioneer who carries on the business of selling or auctioning goods belonging to any principal, whether disclosed or not and whether the offer of the intending purchaser is accepted by him or by the principal or a nominee of the principal.

 What is Considered as Business Under Central Sales Tax Act

As per the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 “Business” means it includes any trade, commerce or manufacture, or any adventure or concern in the nature of trade, Commerce or manufacture, whether or not such trade, commerce, manufacture, adventure or concern is carried on with a motive to make gain or profit and whether or not any gain or profit accrues from such trade, commerce, manufacture, adventure or concern and any transaction in connection with, or incidental or ancillary to, such trade, commerce, manufacture, adventure or concern.

From the above it is clear that even though your motive is not to earn any profit from that activity is will be considered as business. Even if you are doing any charity work but it includes any trade, commerce or manufacture, or any adventure then it will be treated as business for Central Sales Tax.

What is Considered as Place of Business Under Central Sales Act

As per Central sales tax, 1956 “Place of business “includes –
  1. In any case where a dealer carries on business through an agent by [whatever name called], the place of business of such agent
  2. a warehouse, goodown or other place where a dealer stores his goods
  3. a place where a dealer keeps his books of account
From the above definition it is very clear that even your agent place will be considered as business place for you and in case you’re accounting work is done at some other place than that place will also considered as place on business main implication of this provision is that in case of any search by sales tax authority at your registered place of business and dealer tells the authority that he maintain the books of accounts at some other premises then they will considered that place as you place of business and they will be authorized to conduct the search of that place.

What is Considered as Goods Under Central Sales Tax Act

As per Central sales tax “goods” includes all materials, articles, commodities and all other kinds of movable property, but does not include news papers, actionable claims, stocks, shares and securities.

What is Considered as Sales Under Central Sales Act

As per Central sales tax Act, 1956, Sales Means there should be transfer of property .i.e change of ownership from one person to another person and that transfer is for some valuable consideration means if you are transferring something then you must get something in return then only it will considered as sales.
“sale”, with its grammatical variations and cognates expression, means any transfer of property in goods by one person to another for cash or deferred payment or for any other valuable consideration, and includes,
  1. a transfer, otherwise than in pursuance of a contract, of property in any goods for cash, deferred payment or other valuable consideration
  2. a transfer of property in goods (whether as goods or in some other form) involved in the execution of a works contract
  3. a delivery of goods on hire-purchase or any system of payment by installments
  4. a transfer of the right to use any goods for any purpose (whether or not for a specified period) for cash, deferred payment or other valuable consideration
  5. a supply of goods by any unincorporated association or body of persons to a member thereof for cash deferred payment or other valuable consideration
  6. a supply, by way of or as part of any service or in any other manner whatsoever, of goods, being food or any other article for human consumption or any drink (whether or not intoxicating), where such supply or service, is for cash, deferred payment or other valuable consideration, but does not include a mortgage or hypothecation of or a charge or pledge on goods

Aadhaar Enrolment is free and voluntary. Correction within 96 hours of enrolment is also free. No charges are applicable for Form and Aadhaar Enrolment. In case of Correction provide your EID, Name and only that field which needs Correction.
Field 2 NPR NUMBER : Resident may bring his/her National Population Register Survey slip (if available) and fill up the column.
Field 3 NAME : Write full name without salutations/titles. Please bring the original* Proof of Identity (POI) document. (See list A below). Variation in Resident’s  Name in contrast to PoI is permissible as long as the change is minor spelling only, without altering the Name in PoI document. For Example: If Resident’s PoI reads “Preeti”, then “Priti” can be recorded if Resident wants so.
Field 5 DOB / AGE : Fill in Date of Birth in DDMMYYYY format. If exact Date of Birth is not known, approximate age in Years may be filled in the space provided. Please bring the original Proof of Date of Birth (DoB), if available.(See list D below). Declared checkbox may be selected if Resident does not have a valid proof of Date of Birth document. Verified checkbox is selected where Resident has provided documents as proof of Date of birth.
Field 6 ADDRESS: Write complete address. Please bring the original Proof of Address (POA) document. (See list B below). Please note that the Aadhaar letter will be  delivered at the given address only. To include Parent / Guardian / Spouse name as part of the address, select the appropriate box and enter the name of the person.  Minor Corrections / Enhancements are permissible to make the address complete without altering the base address as mentioned in the POA document.
Field 7 RELATIONSHIP:  In case of children below 5 years, it is mandatory to provide father/mother/guardian details with their Aadhaar or EID number. If the resident is not holding a Proof of Identity & using the Head of the Family identity for enrolment, it is mandatory to provide Head of the family’s details with his/her Aadhaar or EID number. Please refer illustration below for filling EID. Please bring the original Proof of Relationship (POR) document. (See list C below). For other cases, it is optional for the resident to fill up the relationship details.
Field 8 CONSENT: Resident may specifically express willingness / unwillingness by selecting the relevant box..
Field 9 BANK ACCOUNT :  Resident may choose to open a new Aadhaar enabled bank / POSB account or can link existing bank account to Aadhaar number. Relevant details  as requested may be provided. This is an optional field.
Field 10 DOCUMENTS:  Write the name of Documents for PoI and PoA. In case proof of Date of Birth is available, then write the name of Date of Birth document. If the  resident is not holding a Proof of Identity & using the Head of Family based enrolment, then write the name of Proof of Relationship document. For Valid list of documents, please refer list of Documents below.
Field 11 INTRODUCER/HoF: Resident who does not have POI and POA may get enrolled through an Introducer/ Head of Family. Pl contact nearest enrolment centre or your  Registrar, for further details.

UIDIA is providing service related to update your aadhaar data online. You can update the following data either by submitting your request Online

In case you have difficulty in receiving OTP on your mobile number, you may either try again later or send your update request through Post.

Link Aadhaar Card with LPG Consumer ID and Bank Account for LPG Subsidy Transfer

How to attach your Aadhaar number with LPG Consumer ID Online? Linking your AAdhar Number with Bank Account is very simple process just submit the copy of Aadhaar card to your bank branch with Bank Account Number on Aadhaar copy and Bank will update your Aadhaar Number in Bank Account for LPG subsidy Transfer.
Now, you can link your Aadhaar Number with your LPG Consumer ID for getting direct LPG Subsidy Benefit.  From the set date (to be announced) subsidised cylinders will be supplied only to Customers with Aadhaar number and only though their Bank accounts. Along with copy of DGCC/Blue Book or recent cash memo of LPG Gas Cylinder.
To link your Aadhaar Card Number with your LPG Gas Consumer ID Online you have to follow some instructions and have to fill some information online.

LPG
You can also update aadhaar card with LPG Gas Supplier by physically submitting copy of aadhaar card. In order to avoid last minute rush on announcement of the scheme, Customers with Aadhaar Numbers shall provide the Legible Photocopy of the Aadhaar letter/Card to your Distributors show room or to delivery boy with Consumer Number, Name, Distributor Name, mobile number etc. written on the same. Please note that Aadhaar letter will be considered as Proof of your Identity and address. In case you are not residing in the address mentioned in the Aadhaar letter, you need to provide alternate proof of address along with Aadhaar letter.

Currently for checking the status of Aadhaar Card issued by Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) an individual could be able to check the status of Aadhaar Card using some information after completing the formalities at the enrollment centre.
  • After completing all the formalities at any of the UID Application center an individual will receive an acknowledgement slip.
  • This acknowledgement slip is containing 14 digit enrolment number, date and time of enrolment on the acknowledgement slip .
